Ignite!Learning is computer software that provides supplemental multimedia content for subjects in Middle to High School grades. It employs different forms of media (video, audio, animation, etc.) that match students learning styles according to a wide assortment of assessments done by the Ignite!Learning software. It provides over 3000 pieces of multimedia content based on content found in many state standards and 6-12th Grade subject areas. According to their website, the software not only accommodates for learning styles, it allows students to learn core concepts through contextual learning and enrichment activities. In essence, the software assesses for learning styles and readiness levels through its embedded assessment system and modifies the content and process for the students from that data. Teacher input can also be used to correlate the assessments correctly.
